Consider staying on a higher floor for a quieter experience, away from the main corridor's lights and noise throughout the night.

Great location, super cozy beds with plenty of blankets, and the breakfast had made-to-order eggs! Only downside was the weak wifi and some outdated decor. Overall, a solid stay!

Curiosity got me
This place exceeded my expectations! The staff was incredibly kind and even allowed me to leave my luggage after checkout. Enjoying breakfast accompanied by the sweet hotel cat made my mornings brighter, and the location was just steps away from the main square. I felt very welcomed and safe during my stay!

i almost considered giving a decent review, but then i remembered the cold showers and the breakfast that left much to be desired. i also seriously expected a room upgrade or at least some sort of complimentary gesture for such inconveniences. clearly, premium treatment is not on their agenda here.

I visited with my large family, and we loved the generous breakfast that featured made-to-order eggs! The location was fantastic, making it easy to explore the nearby attractions, and I appreciated that the staff spoke English well for our group.
In my wife’s opinion, the bathroom cleanliness could be better.

The woman at reception spoke good English, making communication a breeze for my travels.
The lighting in the hotel was really poor, making the hallways and rooms feel dim and uninviting.

The rooftop terrace was awesome for soaking up the sun, and the breakfast was a decent start to the day, just right for a busy explorer. Plus, I couldn't resist meeting their sweet resident cat, Maria! It's not every day you find a furry friend in a hotel.
The wifi acted like a mischievous cat—kept disappearing on me! And while the terrace has fantastic views, it could use a bit more light at night, and I missed having a larger pillow to cuddle with.

beautiful rooftop view, central location, clean facilities
No heating system allowed for an uncomfortable chill!!! Mild to cold water for showers was disappointing!!! Unfortunate poor lighting from large glass windows made it hard to get a good night's sleep!!!

Breakfast was a treat, with great options, and my room was comfortable. I also appreciated being able to leave my luggage after checkout, which made my travel day much smoother! Plus, the adorable cat added a lovely touch to my stay.

I stayed in a Single Room for one night. The room was super cozy with warm bedding and good water pressure in the shower. It was clean, and I loved that the staff checked me in early. The only downside was the weak wifi signal during breakfast, which was a bit annoying. The location is fantastic, really close to the main square, making it easy to explore Cusco.
